My name is Delwyn Dyson and I live in your area - The Lakes. After moving into the area in November last year, loving what it has to offer now and excited to see what it will be offering in the very near future ( shopping centre, cafes, new school etc), I thought, who better to promote the area than someone who lives here and loves it.
Having 13 years real estate experience which included selling, managing rental properties and managing an office, I bring many facets of experience to benefit you. Personally, I have moved house 11 times, built three times and owned and managed six rental properties meaning that I also know the trials and tribulations of these things first hand, so can genuinely relate to how you feel when dealing with any of these. My husband and I have also owned and worked in two Cafes so can be of assistance if you are thinking of making a business move.
Recently I found that Gerald Van der Meer who had been the Regional Manager for a company I worked for a few years ago had moved to Tauranga as the Sales Manager and Licensee for Ray White Real Estate at Bayfair. Knowing how genuine and hard working Gerald is,I firstly employed him to sell our house at Bayfair then decided that I would love to be part of his team specialising in promoting the area I live in, but of course very happy to market properties in other areas of Tauranga and Mount Maunganui.
