Now a key member of the Bayleys Tauranga commercial and industrial sales and leasing team, Lincoln's easy manner and obvious property knowledge is finding favour with his clients.

With a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Urban Valuation from Massey University behind him, Lincoln's interest in the property sector was fuelled by his role as a property valuer with a reputable New Zealand consultancy. For four years, he was involved in a broad range of valuation projects embracing residential, commercial, and industrial portfolios.
His ability to research and present quantifiable reports for his valuation clients combined with attention to detail, a clear and consultative communication style and the ability to foster sound client relationships has seen Lincoln transition into the world of real estate sales and leasing with ease.
